Local restaurant POS support in Arkansas
The number you call reaches a person in this state who already knows your menu.

Judd Alsup runs our Arkansas team. When you call, you reach somebody who knows your restaurant, your menu and how your tax groups are set. A real person calls you back within two hours, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm Central, and somebody from our team is standing in your dining room on go live night.
Who picks up when I call?
Somebody in Arkansas who has your file open. Not a queue, not a ticket, not a rep three time zones away reading a script and asking you to describe your problem from the beginning for the third time.
The team is small on purpose. You will end up dealing with the same handful of people, and after a couple of months they will know your menu about as well as your kitchen manager does.

What happens when something breaks at 7 on a Friday?
You call. We answer. If it can be fixed remotely we fix it while you keep serving. If it cannot, we tell you the workaround that gets you through service and we come out.
The workaround matters more than people expect. A room that can still take money on a Friday night is a room that survives a bad night. A room waiting on a callback is not.
Is the two hour callback a real promise?
Yes, and we put hours on it deliberately. Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm Central. A promise you cannot keep at two in the morning is worth less than a smaller promise you always keep.
If we miss it, tell us. A promise nobody holds you to is marketing.

What does support cost?
It is in the monthly, not billed by the incident. We do not want you weighing whether a question is worth a support charge, because the questions people sit on are the ones that turn into real problems.
Training a new hire in March on a system you bought in January is not a support incident. It is Tuesday.
Questions restaurant owners ask
Do you charge for support calls?
No. Support is in the monthly. Charging by the incident teaches owners to sit on small problems until they become big ones, and we would rather take the small call. Training a new server six months after install is a normal call, not a billable event.
Will I get the same person each time?
Usually, yes. The Arkansas team is small and Judd leads it. After a couple of months the people you speak to will know your menu, your permit type and how your tax groups are configured, which is most of what makes a support call fast.
Do you come out, or is it all remote?
Both. Most things get fixed remotely while you keep serving. When it needs hands on the hardware we come out. Installs and go live nights are always in person, never remote.
What if I am hours from Little Rock?
We cover all 75 counties. Tell us your city on the quote form and we will be straight with you about response times to your address before you sign anything, instead of after.
